Shipping info

Orders ship within 24hrs, but there can be delays due to Sale Specials, extended Holidays, and/or unforeseen events. If you are requesting normal shipping process (not Express Shipping) and need a product by a specific date, please provide that information in the “Notes” section.

Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will usually complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting expedited shipping.

All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery.


“FedEx 2 Day” delivers two days from ship date, not from order date.

Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. We will not cover the cost of re-sending the package if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.

Please note that any orders over 100 dollars are subject to require a signature at delivery. If you opt out, you do so at your own risk.

A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. We do not resend returned packages.

Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make an accident report immediately to the post office. Then contact us. Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as canceling the order.

Please note: International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable duty and customs charges. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information varies by country. These fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Please note, by placing an online order, you agree to be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for costs incurred in shipping. Please contact your local government for specific details regarding sales tax, duty, and customs charges.

To ensure that your package is appropriately delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Also, make use of the tracking information that is provided when your order ships so that arrangements can be made to obtain your package upon delivery.

Please note: Delivery notifications are sent directly from the carrier and could take up to 24 hours to physically arrive at its final location. 

If your order is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) LESS the shipping/return charges.

Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the delivery service responsible for shipping your order. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking shows have been delivered.

Free shipping does not include insurance on the package or replacement. For this service, you would need to choose FedEx.
